I led rapid content development for a behavior‑change website, working with medical experts and UX designers to ensure clear narrative flow and achieve a 6% lead‑to‑sale conversion
I also planned and built the brand’s customer communications program—creating segmented email and SMS campaigns (welcome series, cart‑abandonment reminders, re‑engagement flows), automated onboarding and retention journeys, initial ad copy for paid and organic social, and used analytics tracking to measure performance.
