I developed an interactive microsite that turned Chattanooga’s landmarks into a tiny, explorable world. Replacing dry logistics with sensory, narrative copy made the site feel like a local storytelling guide and helped drive an 18.6% increase in hotel tax revenue—doubling the national growth rate and contributing to a record $810M in tourism spending.
